This project involves the transformation of a former Ministry of Defence site into a modern, high-spec light industrial estate.

The works include a full redevelopment - stripping out and remodelling the existing structures, upgrading the civil works, and constructing new double-storey industrial units finished to a clean, contemporary standard.

The entire site is being resurfaced with permeable tarmac and sustainable drainage systems to prevent run-off and protect the local water table, a key consideration given its proximity to the South Downs National Park.
